How ReceptionOps handles call data and website data.

What ReceptionOps does

ReceptionOps is an AI phone receptionist. When someone calls a business that uses ReceptionOps, an AI assistant answers the call, captures the information the business needs, and emails a clean summary of the conversation to the business so they can follow up.

Call audio

Audio from each call is processed in real time by ElevenLabs, our voice AI provider, and is not stored. Neither ElevenLabs nor ReceptionOps retains the audio recording of any call after the call ends.

Transcripts and structured data

During each call, we store a text transcript of the conversation along with structured fields the AI extracts — for example, the caller’s name, callback number, and reason for calling. This data is kept for up to 90 days from the date of the call and is then automatically deleted. The 90-day window applies to both the ReceptionOps system and ElevenLabs.
