Plain-language terms for using ReceptionOps.

What's offered

ReceptionOps is a service that answers business phone calls and emails the business a summary of each call. The service is currently in beta. We do not offer a service-level agreement, uptime guarantee, or formal support arrangement at this stage.

Acceptable use

The service is intended for legitimate business inbound calls. You may not use it for:

• Spam, telemarketing, or harassment.
• Illegal activity of any kind.
• Recording calls without a legal basis to do so in jurisdictions that require consent.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We make no warranty that it will be available at any particular time, that it will be free of errors, or that it will be fit for any particular purpose.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you have paid for the service. Fees are currently zero for all customers.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement by emailing contact@receptionops.com. Termination takes effect immediately.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the Last updated date at the bottom of this page.
